The Secret Life of Your Customer

What matters to them and why do I care?

Customers, why it comes to purchasing patterns they can be as elusive as Bigfoot. Why do some advertisement or marketing campaigns work and others don’t? And when you try to re-create an advertisement or marketing campaign that worked before, fails to succeed or is much more successful than your previous attempts. If only there was a way to compile information in meaningful patterns (meaningful to you, not a software vendor) and correlate these patterns into simple information you could act upon to increase your sales.
Why is this important? And why do we care about our customers lives? Customers come in many sizes, they are unique, and they have a very wide variety of needs and wants that goes beyond their business segment or demographic profile. CRM systems allow us to keep track of a multitude of interest points and behaviors of your customer.
So what are the elements of a good CRM system?
